Marketing - Video Coordinator (Consultant) - National_Office
- Creating scopes of work, budgets, and schedules
- Booking video gear, crews, locations, travel, talent, etc.
- Travel across the country for a variety of live shoots
- Interface with marketers and subject matter experts
- Offer creative solutions to production issues
- Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a collaborative and proactive "can-do" mentality
- Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
- 3+ years of work experience as a video coordinator, production manager, producer, or similar role; with 1+ years being in a high stakes video production environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor's/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
