The Selling Branch Manager leads a small team to drive sales growth through new customer acquisition and retention of existing clients. Reporting to the District Manager, this role balances field sales activities with branch operations management, ensuring compliance, budget oversight, and effective team development. A significant portion of time (approximately 75%) is dedicated to field sales, emphasizing direct customer engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small sales team (1-5 members)
• Drive new customer acquisition and maintain existing customer relationships
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage branch budget and control inventory
• Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis
• Train and develop staff to enhance sales capabilities
• Spend majority of time (75%) engaged in field sales activities
• Maintain effective customer relations and resolve issues promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Strong sales strategy and leadership skills
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Proven budget management and team development abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
