Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Provide direct therapy to students, both individually and in groups, addressing communication goals outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech/language interventions within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate, timely records and adhere to all school and district policies
