The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, partnering closely with customers, service teams, product management, and commercial teams to deliver measurable performance improvements across screening applications.
This is not a quota-carrying sales position. Instead, the focus is on providing technical expertise that enables commercial success and strengthens long-term customer relationships.

- Act as a subject matter expert for screening technology and best practices.
- Deliver training and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams on market feedback and product improvements.
Ideal Background
- Experience within screening, crushing & screening, mineral processing and aggregates.
- Strong understanding of screening media, vibrating screens, classification, and process optimization.
- Background in technical support, applications engineering, process engineering, product support, or field service.
- Comfortable conducting site visits, inspections, and customer-facing technical engagements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural and globally connected team environment.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Join a globally recognised market leader.
- Significant exposure to major mining and aggregate operations across North America.
- Opportunity to influence customer performance and operational outcomes.
- Collaborative culture with strong technical resources and career development opportunities.
- High level of autonomy and customer engagement.
