• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary Range:
$40.82 – $61.23 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Sonographer III to join our Perinatology team. In this role, you will perform advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging for high-risk obstetric patients across all trimesters. You will work directly with Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians (Perinatologists) in a specialized fetal imaging center performing complex obstetric imaging including fetal anatomy scans, Doppler studies, fetal echocardiography, and genetic sonograms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sonographer with high-risk OB ultrasound experience who wants to expand expertise in advanced fetal imaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic obstetric ultrasound studies in all trimesters

• Conduct advanced fetal imaging , including:

  • Detailed fetal anatomy scans

  • Genetic sonograms

  • Growth and wellbeing assessments

• Perform Doppler ultrasound studies

• Perform fetal echocardiography screening and diagnostic imaging

• Perform transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound exams

• Assist physicians with imaging related to genetic amniocentesis and other procedures

• Review patient history and ensure proper imaging protocols

• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records

• Ensure compliance with AIUM imaging standards and QA/QC protocols

Required Qualifications

• RDMS (OB/GYN) – ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

• Minimum 2 years ultrasound experience

• High-risk Maternal Fetal Medicine ultrasound experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Nuchal Translucency (NT) Certification

• Experience with fetal echocardiography

• Experience with advanced fetal imaging and genetic sonography

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sonography or related field
