Seeking a passionate and customer focused exterior design sales associate to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through the process of enhancing their homes exterior - offering product recommendations, design consultations, and support through the sales process. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with excellent communication and sales skills.

• Engage with customers to understand their exterior design needs and provide personalized solutions
• Showroom, on-site or virtual consultations to assess clients spaces and suggest ideas
• Present product options and material samples ensuring alignment, clients goals and budget
• Generate quotes, process orders and manage sales from initial contact through project completion
• Ability to create short videos and or photography promoting current project collaboration through social media channels

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (associate of bachelors degree in design, business, or related field)
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in interior/exterior design and or home improvement
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and to interpret clients needs into functional designs.
• Ability to read blue prints or design plans is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard windows based operating systems (POS)
• Valid Drivers License
