Compensation: $125,000 per year (On-Target Earnings)

We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Account Executive to drive new revenue and build our client base in the Energy, Automation, and Skilled Trades sectors. This is a hunter role for a true sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving complex problems, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing new accounts.

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of clients in our target industries (Energy, Utilities, Automation, Industrial).

• Conduct consultative discovery calls to deeply understand the complex workforce challenges of prospective clients.

• Develop and present tailored proposals and Scopes of Work (SOWs) that directly address client needs.

• Negotiate contracts and close new business to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate closely with our Operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and successful deployment for your clients.

Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.

• Required: A "hunter" mentality with a relentless drive to find and close new business.

• Highly Preferred: Experience selling into industrial, energy, automation, or technical staffing sectors.

• Expert in consultative, solutions-based selling—you diagnose pain points before you prescribe a solution.

• A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes in a startup environment.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with high-level decision-makers.

Compensation Details

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000 / year

• Base Salary: $45,500 / year

• Commission: Uncapped performance-based commission.
