- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. **Housekeeping Staff:**
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to hotel standards.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and in good condition.
