Position Description – Escrow Support Processor (Phoenix, AZ)

What You’ll Do
• Perform post-closing clerical functions
• Prepare correspondence related to post-closing escrow files
• Perform fund disbursements
• Schedule and provide instructions to couriers
• Communicate with branches as needed
• Follow functional processes and procedures; troubleshoot when necessary
• Contribute actively to team results and support achievement of goals
• Provide 100% onsite support

What You’ll Bring
• Ability to follow escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process
• Working knowledge of basic departmental concepts, practices, and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal teams and external customers
• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; ability to quickly learn new applications
• Ability to build effective working relationships within the team
• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
