New Vehicle Dealership Service Adviser
Help Wanted: Automotive Service Adviser – New Car Dealership Due to retirement and relocation of 2 of our service advisers we are in need of experienced and knowledgeable service advisers. Want have fun while you work, then we have just the position for you. This is very rewarding position helping our customers feel good about our dealership. Location: 2050 E Rodeo Drive, Cottonwood, AZ Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Compensation: Competitive salary + Commission Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
- Provide updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process
- Ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction
- Maintain service records and follow dealership procedures
- Previous experience in automotive service or customer service REQUIRED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership software a plus
- Experience with DEALERTRACK, XTIME
- Knowledge of getting approvals with service contract companies
- Valid driver’s license required
