CNC Mill Operator (2nd Shift) – Aerospace Manufacturing

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Mill Operator, you’ll play a critical role in producing high-quality aerospace components:
- Set up and operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and calibration
- Monitor machining operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and assist with routine maintenance
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive manufacturing team
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of CNC Mill Operator experience (Aerospace experience strongly preferred)
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
