Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about functional and regenerative medicine. The ideal candidate will have experience in wellness-based medicine and be confident in conducting consultations, interpreting labs, and developing individualized treatment plans that include peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and metabolic health support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations focused on wellness, hormone balance, and metabolic optimization
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and order appropriate labs
- Review and interpret lab results; educate patients on findings and treatment options
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans including peptide therapy, hormone replacement, and weight loss programs
- Administer and oversee IV Therapy and Ozone Therapy sessions
- Provide expert guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and supplement support
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with the medical and wellness team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Arizona
- Experience in functional medicine , hormone replacement therapy , peptide therapy , weight management , or integrative wellness strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for holistic, preventative, and regenerative healthcare
- Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
