Compensation: $25.00 hourly
The Company is an independent financial services firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona, known for its strong leadership, client service excellence, collaborative culture, and commitment to taking care of its people. We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Peoria office, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, polished, and exceptional experience for every client and guest.
This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with a highly professional presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for delivering elevated customer service. The right candidate understands that professionalism is their superpower and takes pride in creating a white glove hospitality experience through every interaction, whether answering the phone, welcoming guests, or supporting the flow of the office behind the scenes. What You'll Do
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent front desk support and client service, you will:
- Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
- Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
- Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Assists in the inventory management of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
- Accurate data entry into database/CRM

Minimum Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 15+ years of front reception office experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
Nice to Have
- Experience in a professional services or financial services environment
