The Phoenix office of Squire Patton Boggs is seeking a Litigation Associate with experience in commercial litigation matters. Experience in financial services, antitrust, and class action matters are also helpful. Expect to work on behalf of multi-national and Fortune 500 companies in different jurisdictions.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience
• Admission to the Arizona Bar
• Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Excellent credentials
• Experience in commercial litigation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Responsibility for legal research, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of civil litigation
• Excellent research and organizational skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure
