We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Account Assistant to support our client service operations. This role involves assisting account managers, ensuring timely resolution of client needs, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers in the daily management of client accounts
Monitor service requests and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions
Prepare reports, service summaries, and performance documentation
Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing presentations or documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery standards
Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and data entry
Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, or in-person communication
Qualifications
Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or account coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
