HOURS : HOURS: Tuesday10AM - 6:30PM Saturday 9am-5pm Please apply ONLY if available to work these hours

The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician for every job to ensure the best service for our customers.

Key Tasks

· Learn about our business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.

· Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.

· Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.

· Accurate and detailed record-keeping in a fast-paced environment

· Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional

· Provide excellent customer service to every customer by responding to customer requests and resolving issues.

· Work well with other team members to promote a positive, win-win-win culture.

Desired Skills and Experience

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams

· Preferred knowledge of dispatch software such as Service Titan

· Ability to multi-task

· Ability to type 30+ words per minute with 90% accuracy

· Ability to answer multi-line phone system with high volume

· General knowledge of Plumbing and the Metro Phoenix Area

· Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating shift (approximately once per month)
