Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - $30k Sign-On Bonus!
$90,000 – $115,000 annually (depending on experience) + potential bonuses

Our client is a BCBA-led company dedicated to providing ethical, meaningful ABA services for children with developmental delays and disabilities. We are seeking an in-person BCBA with an active Arizona LBA license to manage a caseload, supervise staff, and provide caregiver support. This salaried role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload with 25 billable hours per week
- Supervise mid-tier interns, RBTs, and BTs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Lead caregiver training sessions
- Participate in clinical meetings and team huddles
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
- Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently while staying team-oriented
- Clinician who values ethics, measurable outcomes, and positive relationships
- Previous in-person ABA experience preferred but not required
