Pay Range: $22.00

YOUR ROLE
Responsible for supporting continuous improvement through company non-conformance analysis, reporting and corrective action. Effectively report non-conformances through customer ticketing system. Follow up and resolve incoming ticket requests. Validate any incoming damaged materials and assess sellable and non-sellable items. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Follow work instructions as set out by the IC supervisors and ICQA manager.Verify incoming, in-process and outgoing product with customer requirements.Record inspection results and maintain accurate record filing systems.Perform stock purges on nonconforming product as identified and directed by the customer.Action discrepant material (return, sort, rework, scrap, provisional release) as directed by the customer.Meet customer expectations of quality, safety, service and value criteria.Maintain quality performance data supporting QA Metrics tracking and performance improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Ability to understand, maintain and support quality standards and procedures.Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and effectively presenting information and responding to questions from management, employees and vendors.Ability to meet and exceed customers’ expectations while working in a professional manner.Ability to promote the company Quality, Safety and Corporate Sustainability policies.Support, motivate and assist other team members in maintaining Quality Assurance standards.Positively interact with customers, suppliers, peers and employees influencing positive results.Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Minimum: High school diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years related experience.Prior Inventory and or Quality control experience.

Work Schedule: 3rd Shift - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6am to 430pm
