Bilingual Performing Loan Consultant (English/Spanish)
Onsite | Tempe, AZ | $21/hr | Contract‑to‑Hire
We are hiring Bilingual Performing Loan Consultants to join a fast‑paced, onsite call center in Tempe, AZ. This role is ideal for customer‑focused professionals looking to grow a long‑term career in mortgage servicing and financial services.
What You’ll Do- Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners
- Assist customers who are past due by identifying issues and setting up custom payment plans
- Answer general mortgage servicing questions and process payments
- Refer eligible customers to refinance teams
- Document calls accurately while meeting quality and performance goals
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- Customer service or call center experience
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
- Basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, system navigation)
- Professional communication and strong reliability
- Onsite Monday–Friday , shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- $21/hour , paid weekly
- Contract‑to‑Hire (approx. 4.5 months)
- Bonus potential after conversion (average $1,500/month)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
