Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
- School setting experience is a plus, but motivated applicants seeking their first school-based role are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student communication needs
- Design, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective educational strategies
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide support and professional guidance within a multidisciplinary team
