Via Elegante Assisted Living and Memory Care is the premier provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care services in Southern Arizona. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team as soon as possible! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a growing company and build a long-term career in senior care.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our Tucson Foothills community. Under the direction of the Facility Director, you will travel between the 6 homes that make up our Tucson Foothills community, cleaning resident rooms and common areas.

This role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience, particularly in a commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or residential care setting, who is looking for stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens

• Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages to management

• Assist with cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced regularly

• Respond promptly to cleaning or laundry requests from residents, staff, and family members

• Uphold safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times

• Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• High school diploma or GED

• 2–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings preferred

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

• Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Via Elegante can assist)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Memory Care Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
