This opportunity allows you to make a true impact in a school-based setting near the Vail, AZ area. Whether you are an experienced clinician or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year, your specialized skills in speech and language therapy will help students unlock their highest potential.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active AZ Speech-Language Pathologist license
- AZ teaching certification
- Current AZ Fingerprint Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, school-based therapy, and healthcare settings
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcome
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other therapists to promote student growth
- Maintain precise documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
- Implement evidence-based interventions for diverse populations of students
- Participate in IEP meetings as an active member of each child’s support team
