Office Administrator
Stella Maris Montessori is a growing Catholic Montessori school seeking a joyful, organized, and mission minded Office Administrator to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving families, staying organized, and supporting a joyful Catholic school community. Compensation: $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week during school hours. Responsibilities Include (but not limited):
- Welcome families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule and conduct school tours
- Follow up with prospective families regarding admissions and enrollment
- Assist with student records and office organization
- Create and schedule social media posts to promote school events and enrollment
- Order classroom, office, and cleaning supplies
- Purchase groceries, classroom materials, and supplies for school events and daily operations
- Run occasional local errands, such as picking up flowers, supplies, or other items for the school
- Assist with planning and preparing for school events
- Support day to day school operations and provide administrative support to the Executive Director
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
