We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you! Come work for a practice owned by mental health professionals. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing for the client every time. We take care of all administrative work and billing, so you can focus on actually seeing and treating patients! Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for primarily individuals and children, with some couples if desired
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- Current and unrestricted independent license required
- 1 year previous experience as an independently licensed mental health therapist required, 2+ years preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
