The right candidate will possess an ownership attitude, a high degree of initiative and view no task as too large or too small. They must be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can work independently, but also function as a coveted member of the team.

The individual we are seeking must be adaptable and willing to juggle multiple tasks and projects. These projects may not always fall under traditional HR responsibilities but are part of a larger goal and initiative to drive success within our culture.

Having effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to this role.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the hiring process (posting ad's, scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork/I9's)

Assisting with maintaining credentials for all staff (licenses, certifications, CPR cards, etc.)

Processing payroll, tracking all punches for staff, making corrections to employee's timecards, ensuring all time off requests are reviewed by dept heads, etc.

Processing terminations and ensure all company property is returned upon separation.

Manage the Trip Reduction Program and provide incentives to those who participate.

Always maintain and keep HRIS up to date with any personnel changes.

Requirements:

3 - 5 years Human Resources or Payroll Experience

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.

PHR or SPHR certification is required within 12 months of start date.

Previous experience using an HRIS related system such as Paycom is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
