Security Systems Installations & Service Technician

Job Overview

Electronic Security Concepts LLC is seeking a skilled Security Systems Installation & Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for technicians experienced with low voltage systems, surveillance cameras, and access control technologies.

This position involves working at client locations across Arizona installing, servicing, and maintaining security systems that protect businesses and facilities. If you enjoy hands-on technical work and solving system challenges in the field, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install and service security systems including CCTV cameras, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and gate operators
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on installed systems
• Configure and program security equipment to ensure proper functionality and user access
• Work with network-connected devices and integrate multiple security technologies
• Provide basic system training and support to customers after installations
• Document service work, installations, and system updates
• Collaborate with project managers and team members on system installations
• Respond to service calls and resolve issues efficiently in the field

Common systems and brands may include Honeywell, Lenel, RS2, DMP, Hanwha, AXIS cameras, Panasonic, DoorKing, and others.

What We're Looking For

• Experience installing or servicing low voltage systems such as:
  • CCTV / surveillance cameras
  • Access control systems
  • Intrusion alarm systems
  • Gate operators or electronic door hardware
• Knowledge of structured cabling and wiring standards
• Familiarity with basic networking (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Ability to read system diagrams or installation documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Arizona

Bonus: NICET II certification or similar industry certification.
