****$500 Week Guarantee for 60 days****

Desert Pawz Cage Free Grooming - Is dedicated to make the employees their top priority. We are an upscale, one-on-one grooming business with a steady client base looking for a hard working, pet loving groomers to add to our amazing Team. Our company culture is based on appreciation, acceptance, caring and respect. We work on providing a stress free environment for the pets, clients and employees.

We also employ a full-time front desk coordinator/assistant manager that answers all phone calls and schedules all appointments. You are not required to take payments or book your own appointments.

$500-1000 SIGN-ON BONUS based of experience and for full time employment. Details will be shared during interview.

Requirements:

* Enjoy grooming!

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

* Ability to bathe, dry, and groom each pet according to each clients specifications (we don't force our Pet Stylists to groom a high number of pets each day and our prices are higher than the industry average per pet)

* Possess the communication skills to speak directly to clients and interpret the haircut details they would like for their pets

* communicate with your Team to make the days flow smooth and easy

* Must show compassion for animals and take extreme care of all pets in the salon

* Possess the ability to provide safe grooming to each pet

Experience:

* Minimum of 1 year grooming dogs either in a mobile unit and/or salon.

* Must be comfortable grooming all major breeds.

* Must have your own tools.

* Cat grooming experience is optional.

* We offer continued education to learn breed cuts and cat grooming too.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

* Commission + Tips

* Our pet stylists average $25 to $40 per hour with tips.
