Inside Sales Representative
Ageless Men’s Health is the national leader in medically managed Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). With over 1,000,000 treatments administered, we set the high mark for conservative testosterone therapy. In addition to TRT, we offer a range of wellness and concierge medical services for our patients. JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to engage with warm web leads (derived from paid advertisement) — via both inbound and outbound calls — and guide them toward the next step in their wellness journey by scheduling an initial evaluation at one of our clinics. There is no cold calling involved; all leads have expressed interest in our services. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

- Prior experience in phone sales, inside sales, or appointment setting (healthcare experience is a plus)
- A strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Comfort handling both inbound calls and outbound follow-ups
- A team-first mindset and a drive to help others feel their best
- Engage with inbound leads who have submitted web inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to reconnect with unconverted leads
- Explain our services, answer basic questions, and qualify interest
- Schedule initial TRT evaluations for prospective patients
- Maintain accurate notes and lead tracking in the CRM
- Meet call and conversion goals while delivering an excellent patient experience
- A comprehensive compensation package:
- $50,000 base salary
- Commission for each scheduled evaluation: target compensation with commission 70k-100k

- Schedule - EAST coast hours: 9am ET- 5pm ET (7am MST/AZ - 3pm MST/AZ)
