Sr. QA/QC Manager
JCO Workforce Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality management efforts across projects in the data center, semiconductor, and construction sectors. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed project and regulatory requirements, while maintaining strict adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of hands-on QA/QC experience, strong technical documentation skills, and a deep understanding of quality systems within complex, high-tech environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance and quality control procedures aligned with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Monitor and evaluate project activities to confirm compliance with specifications and contractual obligations.
- Conduct frequent site audits and inspections to validate that construction and installation practices meet established quality benchmarks.
- Identify deficiencies and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee preparation and management of all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Maintain organized, auditable documentation systems to support project certification and client reporting needs.
- Partner with engineers, project managers, and trade partners to address quality concerns and develop practical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and regulatory bodies during audits and reviews.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to processes and systems that drive long-term quality performance.
- Ensure that all work aligns with applicable codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards for data center, semiconductor, and construction environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance and control, preferably within data center, semiconductor, or complex construction projects.
- ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar credentials.
- Proficiency with quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining quality records, inspection test plans, and turnover documentation.
- Familiarity with testing and inspection processes specific to high-tech or mission-critical facilities.
- Background in superconducting systems or mission-critical facility construction.
