LNE Operator

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined LINE Operator to join our team in Mesa Arizona 85204 with $19/hr. pay for a 3-month contract, temp to hire. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing electrical and non-electrical water equipment to ensure performance, reliability, and cleanliness. You will play a vital part in maintaining operational standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency - APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Mon – Thurs, 10 hours

Duration : 3-month contract (potential renewal) 

Dress Code: 

• Workwear attire; no tank tops, obscene clothing, No Shorts
• Steel toe shoes required

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair various electrical and non-electrical equipment.
• Perform operational checks, sanitation procedures, and refurbishing according to company standards.
• Sanitize and package finished units safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace including warehouse and loading areas.
• Participate in inventory tasks such as daily cycle counts.
• Work effectively with team members while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting/repair skills are preferred.
• Ability to use standard repair tools safely and correctly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely.
• Willing to work extended hours or weekends when needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
