Junior Staff Accountant

Description Our client, in a growing industry, is in need for a Junior Staff Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This is a great opportunity for someone who has knowledge of debits/credits, and looking to step into an Accountant role to help the client and their accounting team with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: - Execute and maintain journal entries efficiently - Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy - Support the payment process, including the creation of wire transfers - Assisting in AP/AR as needed - Conduct bank reconciliations regularly - Assist in General Ledger posting - Utilize SAP for various accounting tasks - Adapt quickly to uncertainty, finding solutions even when there may not be a clear path forward. Requirements - Ideally looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting - Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is essential. -Understanding of Debits/Credits and assisting in data entry of Journal Entries - Proficiency in using SAP software or someone tech savvy to learn quickly -Ideally looking for AA/AS/BA/BS in Accounting or similar field -- open to candidates with experience Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
