Inside Sales Representative - Flexible Schedules
An Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions to enhance sales volume. This position involves learning our customer experience methodology and utilizing advanced contact center technology. The representative will interact with numerous customers weekly, developing skills and growing alongside our team. The role entails managing various accounts by handling inbound requests and making outbound calls. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Utilize systems and technology to carry out account management tasks efficiently.
- Identify sales opportunities and apply sales techniques to upgrade customer accounts.
- Clearly explain and position products and processes to customers.
- Ensure first call resolution by employing problem-solving skills and effective call handling.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that align with customer goals.
- Foster long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and follow-up communications with clients.
