We are a Pediatric and Orthodontic Practice, and we’re looking for a experienced, motivated, friendly Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This position will support our orthodontic providers across three West Valley locations, offering variety, teamwork, and opportunities to grow within a thriving pediatric and orthodontic practice.

What You’ll Do:

Guide patients and families through the orthodontic treatment process from consultation to start

Present orthodontic treatment plans, timelines, and financial options clearly and confidently

Coordinate consultations, treatment starts, and follow-up appointments across multiple locations

Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and manage payment plans

Serve as a key liaison between orthodontists, clinical teams, and families

Provide exceptional customer service and help create a positive, welcoming experience

What We’re Looking For:

Previous orthodontic or dental office experience required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Willingness and ability to work at all three West Valley locations as needed

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
