Nurse Practitioner - Make a Difference in Yuma County's Growing Community
Job Purpose:
Enhance and restore patients’ health by delivering comprehensive care through the full medical and nursing process. Collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary, patient-centered medical home team to provide holistic physical and emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring compassionate care every step of the way.
Practice Overview
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care — No inpatient responsibilities
- Clinic Hours : Monday – Friday, regular business hours
- Average Daily Patient Volume : 15–18 patients per day
- Call Schedule : Light evening/weekend phone-only call, shared equally among providers
- Electronic Health Records : NextGen EHR system
