Our client offers the following:
- Salary: $220,000 + Based on experience
- Productivity Bonus
- Health Insurance-Employer Pays 100% of premium

- PTO (Paid Time Off) 4 weeks in your first year
- Paid Holidays-10
- CME (Continuing Medical Education)-$3,000 with 1 week off

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current Arizona Medical License or Willing to Obtain
- 2 years+ Family Practice Experience Preferred
- New Grads Possibly Considered
Responsibilities :
- Schedule open to Negotiation
- 18-22 Patients Per Day
- Call By Phone Only
- No Weekends
- Full Support Staff
