Document Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Specialist to manage, review, and maintain accurate documentation in a fully remote environment. This role ensures documents are properly organized, compliant with company standards, and readily accessible to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, format, and maintain digital documents and records
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines
Organize and manage electronic files using document management systems
Support teams with document updates, version control, and retrieval
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
Must be located in the United States
Proven experience in document management, administrative support, or a related role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
