LHH is looking for an Associate Account Manager for a well-established insurance agency in Phoenix! Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join a collaborative and tenured team. This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for a hybrid schedule after performance benchmarks are met.

Position: Associate Commercial Lines Account Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:15 AM – 4:45 PM | Friday, 7:15 AM – 12:00 PM Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience and licensing status

Role Overview:

This entry-level role is designed to support multiple Account Managers and offers a clear path to grow into a full Account Manager position. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance servicing and a strong desire to build a long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a book of business, including policy servicing from application to issuance.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide support to producers.
• Utilize online carrier portals for quoting and servicing.
• Issue certificates of insurance and prepare summaries for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Support marketing efforts and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and underwriters.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in P&C insurance servicing within an agency setting.
• Current Arizona P&C license preferred; must obtain within 6 months if not already licensed.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license in good standing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in a casual office setting with a direct communication style.
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and a commitment to a drama-free workplace.

Additional Information:

• Background check required.
• Training provided on agency management software.
• Interviews will be conducted in person.
