We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly organized Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with excellent communication and computer skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate towing operations, assign jobs based on urgency, track trucks via GPS, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout each call.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.

• Use dispatch software and GPS systems to track and assign calls to drivers efficiently.

• Prioritize and assign jobs based on urgency, location, and driver availability.

• Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, service records, and dispatch reports .

• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide timely updates to customers and handle any service issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

• Utilize active listening skills to gather precise information from customers and relay accurate details to drivers.

• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills during high-stress or emergency situations.

• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
