Office Coordinator (Home Healthcare) - Intake & Scheduling

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for intake of processing referrals and coordinating clinical staff.
- Insurance verification and authorization experience.
- Schedule and coordinate staff/patient appointments.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing paperwork, and managing office supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home healthcare insurance verification and authorization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with office software, EMRs and scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
