Senior Program Manager
Job Description
Job Description
MUST HAVE AUDIO VISUAL INTEGRATION, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!
Job Summary:
Customer 1 is looking for a single point of contact for account management and program
reporting. Essentially, one contact who has knowledge of the workings of the program,
spanning across various functions. Some functions will have dedicated teams and team
leaders/managers to execute on those functions, while some functions will be the primary
responsibility of the program director. Ultimately, the expectation of the EPD is two-fold;
Program operations oversight and Account management. Ensure the program is running
smoothly and the account revenue is secure and growing.
The EPD will report directly to the CBO and is expected to work directly with the CEO, COO,
and various team leaders within the enterprise program structure. While the EPD does not
have any direct reports, they will be accountable to the success of the program and to
escalate issues which threaten the program success to the executive leadership team. The
program team members and leaders will need to work with the EPD and take direction or
adjust processes when needed.
The EPD has a similar role within the AV program as the CBO does with the business itself.
The CBO works across departments to ensure business processes are working across all
departments and has oversight and visibility across all company functional areas . The EPD
has that same responsibility of providing a holistic view over the entire program to ensure
all business processes are supporting each other and the success of the program. The EPD
relies on each functional area to perform their job duties to support the program without
the EPD being required in “day to day” operations, such as proposal and quote reviews,
individual project meetings, project design meetings, or service calls.
