NeuroStim TMS Centers is a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy , an FDA-cleared, breakthrough treatment for major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders (OCD, PTSD, GAD), postpartum depression, and other mood disorders . Our state-of-the-art, independent treatment centers are dedicated to offering mental health professionals and their patients one of the most advanced non-invasive treatment options available.
We are seeking a TMS Technician to join our growing team. This individual will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician(s). The role involves direct patient care, clinical services, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about mental health who want to make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer TMS treatments to patients (training provided).
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy, how it works, and what to expect.
- Provide a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions.
- Manage patient records and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Schedule patient appointments and assist with lead management.
- Follow established clinical protocols and office procedures.
- Report key patient data and activity metrics to the center manager.
- Perform light administrative duties to support clinic operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in a related healthcare role (CNA, CMT, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Ultrasound, Radiology, Dialysis, Pharmacy Tech, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management software.
- Experience working with patients in a clinical setting .
- Ability to address patient symptoms and conditions professionally.
- Experience with soft marketing, administrative clerical work, or patient education .
- Previous experience operating a medical/mechanical device (preferred but not required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology preferred).
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) .
- Basic knowledge of medical insurance processes .
- Clinical interviewing experience .
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification .

Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM , but scheduling may vary based on patient needs.
