Vacation Planner - Flexible Remote Role
We are seeking organized and client-focused individuals to support clients with coordinating travel plans, itineraries, and booking arrangements. This flexible, remote role is ideal for those who enjoy helping others plan meaningful experiences while working in a structured and supportive environment.
In this position, you will communicate with clients to understand their preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist in building well-organized travel itineraries. You will also coordinate reservations, confirm details, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
This role focuses on planning support, organization, and consistent communication rather than direct sales.
Key Responsibilities
