CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with required fieldwork.
* Active Arizona OT license and successful completion of the NBCOT exam.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Evaluate students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills.
* Develop and implement IEP-aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum.
* Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and related service providers.
* Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per IDEA, district, and state requirements.
