Mobile Home Visits – Private Practice
Nikao Performance and Rehab
Serving South Phoenix: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and Queen Creek, AZ
Overview:
Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a personable PRN Physical Therapist for mobile home visits. Minimum 6 visits/week required. Flexible scheduling—weekdays or weekends.
Caseload:
1:1 patient care, 40-minute visits
Outpatient ortho focus with variety in patient needs
Specialty support available
Compensation:
$80–$85 per visit
Mileage reimbursement up to $500/month
Requirements:
Active AZ PT license
1+ year outpatient ortho experience
Dry Needling certification preferred
Arizona residency for PRN consideration
