Location-Type: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in Scottsdale, AZ)

Compensation Range: $55-65/hr on W2 ONLY
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Job Description:
Serve as a hybrid Business Analyst and Scrum Master supporting an AI-focused development team by translating business needs into technical backlog items and facilitating Agile delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria

• Manage and maintain work items, boards, and sprint tracking in Azure DevOps

• Partner with development teams to prioritize backlog and align work with business objectives

• Identify and remove delivery blockers to ensure efficient sprint execution

• Support workflow analysis and documentation of current vs. future state processes

• Lead user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet defined productivity goals

• Provide guidance on incorporating AI capabilities into business and development workflows

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master within software or IT environments

  • Strong Agile experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint workflows

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and sprint management

  • Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed user stories

  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations

  • Experience working with PMO or project management tools (MS Project or similar)

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Agile certifications such as CSM or PSM

  • Experience supporting AI, automation, or agent-based development initiatives

  • Experience working in Azure-based environments

  • NetSuite exposure, particularly supporting finance workflows

  • Background in media, advertising, or technology-driven organizations
