Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for creating a warm and inviting environment. This position requires flexibility and availability for late-night hours , as we are a lively destination for both dining and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using our reservation system, ensuring an even and efficient seating flow.
• Maintain an organized and clean host station and entrance area.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate seating arrangements effectively to guests.
• Assist in creating a welcoming ambiance, working with the team to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and the management team to maintain a seamless guest experience.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and energy during late-night shifts.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, late nights , and holidays as needed.
