- Salary: $82,500 - $97,800 Per Year, Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

- Assess patient conditions and develop tailored care plans.

- Maintain detailed medical records and communicate patient status to relevant parties.

- Serve as the primary liaison among patients, their families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

- License: Active RN license in Arizona with no restrictions.

- Experience: At least 1 yea r in a similar in-home healthcare role.
