Manufacturing Technician 2
DatamanUSA is looking for a Manufacturing Technician 2 for our direct client based in AZ. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills.
Job Details:
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 2
Location: Mesa, AZ
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Support manufacturing operations including setup, calibration, and testing
• Perform rework and quality testing on parts, components, and assemblies
• Work closely with engineers on experiments and process improvements
• Use software/programs to collect and analyze operating data
• Assist in developing and improving manufacturing methods and procedures
• Monitor and adjust equipment and processes as needed.
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly environment.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must be eligible to obtain coverage under the Safe Explosives Act (ATF requirement).
• Ability to work 4x10 schedule (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM) and overtime/weekends if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Mechanical background.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/prints.
• Experience with Costpoint, MES, or similar systems.
