Sr. HR Business Partner
At Glanbia Nutritionals Inc., our portfolio centers around dairy and non-dairy nutritional ingredients. We co-innovate and deliver ingredient solutions and precision premixes for use in the mainstream food and beverage, infant and clinical, and functional nutrition markets. We are the number one provider of whey-based nutritional ingredients globally and the number one producer of American-style cheddar cheese.
Glanbia Nutritionals is hiring for a new role, a Senior HRBP to partner with leaders to plan and implement HR solutions. This site is committed to the global commercialization of bovine colostrum-based health and wellness solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with BU to translate business needs and design the BU HR strategy across multiple sites and geographies.
- Identify and build the key capabilities (people & organization), behaviors and appropriate organization structures to deliver the business strategy.
- Partner with BU leaders to develop diverse, engaged and high performing teams and culture.
- Lead the Talent & Succession Planning process to develop an integrated talent and capability plan to ensure Glanbia has the right talent to deliver on its ambitions. Ensures robust and intentional development and succession plans are in place and executed.
- Provide coaching and upskilling on the performance management process to align business priorities and employee goals enabling leadership empowerment and high individual and business performance outcomes.
- Utilize workforce data and analytics to draw rich insights to inform decision making and future organizational and talent requirements and actions.
- Lead the labor and Employee Relations processes for the business.
- Leverage HR Service Delivery for transactional support and act as a point of escalation.
- Partner with CoEs for expertise to drive value and impact for the business.
- Lead and implement the design and deployment of major change initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate HR-related risks (e.g., legal, reputational)
- Act as a change agent as the business continues to refine the operating model to optimize the organizational design to deliver strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR or a related field
- 7 or more years of professional and progressive HR experience in a large team manufacturing environment or other business-related experience.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a track record of providing strategic HR partnership with BU leaders.
- Support plant locations in Phoenix, AZ, Ripon, CA and Brookings, SD and Sioux Falls, SD (visit quarterly)
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and aptitude to become an expert in SuccessFactors and other internal software
