Taxpayer Services,
The eServices Management Analyst 3 role involves analyzing Taxpayer Services eServices programs, policies, and processes to improve operational efficiency. The analyst will serve as a liaison between the Information Technology Section, software vendors, and internal business users, providing support and assisting with inquiries. The role includes compiling reports and potentially performing complex management studies and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses of Taxpayer Services eServices programs, services, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identify and eliminate nonvalue-added process steps to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Engage with the team in overall continuous improvement efforts for the division.
- Serve as a liaison between the Information Technology Section and both software vendors and internal business users.
- Engage with internal and external customers to provide support.
- Assist vendors with routine to moderately-complex inquiries.
- Compile regular reports.
- Perform difficult, complex, and/or specialized management studies.
- Plan or coordinate projects.

- Proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment.
